The thing I love most about my team is their enthusiasm for moving the company forward.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting some of my prospective coworkers and enjoying their enthusiasm. It was clear in the interviews that the people I was talking to were happy to be here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This place has the best culture of anywhere I have ever worked, and it comes from the top down which says a lot about the people in leadership positions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a great deal of respect that goes round and very little drama. If you're someone in the building every day, you're not dragging a big ego around.
What makes you most happy at work?
Plenty to do, great constructive feedback, and it's never boring. If I'm having a bad or super off day I can take a break and refresh the brain cells any time I need to.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited paid time off! This isn't taken advantage of - people literally show up every day and work hard and get things done so play days are just part of life and this company knows that.
