Being able to make progress. Not running into the same roadblocks each day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People hang out together when they are not at work. That is a good sign to me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Competent people that are always continually trying to get better at their job. No undermining or malicious behavior is felt.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO. I always feel like I can go to my kid's school performance and not let everyone at work down.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Quicker feedback when decisions are made either to hire or not to hire someone. Also, sticking with interviews with the team instead of other departments that are unrelated to the job would be nice.
