I enjoy my job and my work. I have developed great relationships with so many people at the company, including the "higher-ups". There are times when the stress of the job is overwhelming and negatively affects my life. But overall, it's been great and I'm thankful to work here.

Environment of individual growth - working towards employee and manager improvement through trainings, book clubs, and mentorships.

We have some very driven, smart, hard-working employees that are seeking constant improvement and want to do their best.

CMS is very generous with how much it pays towards insurance premiums and 401k. We also have lots of perks at the office like fully stocked kitchen, game room, and salon.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to complete my job well, without an overwhelming amount of stress. My boss has great perspective, is great to work for, and I know that he cares about me and my future even after my time as CMS.
What makes you most happy at work?
nexio pushes me within my career. Sometimes I feel overwhelmed by this but also know I can lean on my team and manager for support and help. I feel best in my career when I know I'm improving and growing and I get that at Nexio.
