I have never worked for a company where they truly care about the employees. CMS talks the talk but definitely does the walk. They get that family is so important. If you keep your employees stress free about home, then you get more productive employees.

It was not a long dragged out process. It was quick and efficient.

I am most happy when I am helping someone with an issue and it gets figured out.

There is an open door policy in regards to interacting with Senior Management. You can speak your mind.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a close knit group which works like a well oiled machine. All of us will jump in at any time to help another associate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very humble unassuming people. They treat everyone as equals regardless of your position. The attitude is family first and it comes across loud and clear which I appreciate so much.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love having unlimited PTO. Somehow, weirdly enough, you end up taking less vacation. It is so stress free. We are treated as adult professionals who know how to budget time and get it done. The reward is unlimited PTO.
