Everyone has an attitude that reflects the leadership of the company. Everyone is willing to help and is actively engaged.

They are genuine people who care about their employees. They make an effort to make sure we as employees feel valued.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I got to meet all the team members I would be working with. The interview was less formal then I expected but more beneficial than other more formal interviews I have had. I got to meet the executives during my interview which made it feel much more personable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nexio does a great job of providing opportunities to get into a position or job but seems to restrict you on your growth, salary-wise, thereafter. Compared to others in the industry Nexio does seem to underpay however, I am willing to stick around because of the culture and incredible co-workers.
