What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We know how to work hard and play hard.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Company match with retirement and HSA card. All fees are paid in our retirement plan by the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
There are many aspects that I love about my job. I love the culture and continual pursuit of personal growth.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the interaction I have with our employees and customers. The snack room is excelent and I have the freedom to step away from my desk as needed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
In the last meeting that I was in the college conducting the meeting literally said, “I do not want to have a meeting to have a meeting, if there are suggestions to improve this meeting please meet with me afterward
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never been apart of a company who has so many employees that are genuinely happy. There will always be those that are downhearted but for the most part I look forward to coming into work each day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits are outstanding. Eye, Dental and Health seem to be above what my friends and family are receiving at other companies. The retirement plan also has a company match and is encouraged to be used by our CFO regularly.
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview several people came to great me. Later on I learned that the President of the company was one that came in to meet me. If the president was concerned about a call representative in their company I knew it would be a great place to work for.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel as though the leaders within CMS sincerely listen to the needs of their employees and want to help. The executive team members know the employees by name. I find my boss regularly in my office asking me about my personal life and not to talk just about work. It is different from other jobs.
