What makes you most happy at work?

Just enough management. It's like goldilocks. Not too much, not too little.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Being able to work flexible hours as long as we are getting our work done

What do you like best about the leadership team?

There is not a disconnect between managers and employees at any level. The executives frequently are around to chat with. I feel like I am working with people instead of suits/

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone can do everything. We have specialized people, but that knowledge is shared. There's always the best "expert" for a certain topic, however, they are expected to not be the only person that can do the work.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It's hard to tell how good a developer is at coding with an interview. Essentially, anyone who can talk the talk gets a 6 week chance to walk the walk. Far easier to evaluate their skill with a no risk trial period.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nobody gets burned at the stake. Everyone makes mistakes. When something goes wrong, we do a great job of ensuring everyone that they won't be fired for the mistake. Just let others know what happened to the best of your knowledge so we can fix it.
