It has been an excellent experience. I recently entered the workforce after a 12.5 year leave to have a family. I have learned a lot and it is a warm and welcoming environment.

having the monthly lunches where there is someone who gives leadership training.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love that they take care of us with a nail person that comes in and a chiropractor.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am not paid well but I am ok with it and I am using this training to build my resume.
