I love working here because there are so many opportunities. We move FAST and are trusted with huge projects. This fast paced and competitive environment might not be for everyone, but the ambitious hard-workers with a good attitude will thrive.

They really value growth. If you are a hard working employee, in my experience, growth will come, both in pay and title.

Seeing my coworkers and team succeed. We have a lot of huge projects and it's so cool to watch all of my coworkers grow

They're upfront about it all. They want you to know what's coming, whether its a raise/title change/or even with benefits. They encourage questions everything.

They are all so engaged! They all know me by name and encourage collaboration with them. I can easily get feedback from many of the leadership.

We brainstorm and work together well. If we need help, it's totally acceptable to lean over to their desk and ask about anything. We support each others growth and help make each others day fun and engaging.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all really care about each other's growth. Even though this is a competitive environment, I really feel like my coworkers want to see each other grow. There are no slackers and we can all depend on each other to get the job done.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very open to work with people from all different employment levels. Even as an entry level employee I had a lot of face time with them, which has contributed significantly to my growth! I also do feel like they care about me as a human
