Refused to see value in promotions and/or bonuses. Even though countless times I saved money and found holes.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better pay, supporting understaffed teams.
Its very plastic. Unless you are part of the network of friends there is no future there. Dont trust anything...and they are just spinning the truth to make you feel comfortable. Countless times I saw people promoted who looked the part...but did not perform the part above others.
