They consistently keep an eye on the future and bring game-breaking technologies to the marketplace.

Very driven, with a great sense of the dynamic of the AI adaptation in eDiscovery and related industries. Do they best to take care of the team member by providing a dynamic and supportive work environment , benefits and help where needed.

Even though I'm the lowest on the totem pole technically, I was tasked with projects that I feel had a great impact on the trajectory of the company. Also, the size of the company means I can talk to anybody about anything at any time, even the founders.

NexLP combines great leadership, strong internal communication channels, and a modern approach to developing a profitable business with the some of the most intelligent individuals within the Artificial Intelligence and Software engineering world. A true team culture.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Extensive medical insurance benefits at an affordable price.

I'm an intern so I'm paid hourly. I like the snacks and beer. Also the opportunity to network with other professionals in the co-working space is an untold benefit of where we work at.

I know that it gets paid on time. The senior management is always very clear about what our benefits are. They know that we can't be worrying about any of these matters if we're going to work at our best. I value a company that understands this principle.

Openness and helpfulness. We share ideas and we try new things

Every one on team has their own strengths and perspective and complements everyone elses skills.

Things can get heated when deciding certain things, but there's always an air of respect between everyone. The team is very open and everyone has their niche, I've gotten help from every single founder on something or another.

Collaboration over problems, and communication. My team works to help each other out and achieve a common goal.

Everyone pitches in to support everyone else. It's a special place.

How casual it is and flexible

The common vision and excitement of developing cutting edge technology and bringing it to our clients. The friendly and supportive atmosphere.

It's pretty easy-going and collaborative, but when things get going and deadlines are flying, I know that everyone is going to work together to achieve the ultimate goal for the team, even it means putting personal projects on hold. The team is definitely most important

Everyone understands the value of everyone else's role. This is critical moving forward. As we grow, I want this to remain part of what makes NexLP a great place to work.

It was very casual and stress free

It was basically just a conversation about what I had before.

Closing deals! And also handing off projects to our fantastic support team!

Learning about new technologies and applying them correctly

Make a contribution and advance our product. And work on it in collaboration with highly skilled and friendly co-workers.

Sitting in on different meetings between people and literally just learning by listening. That's more valuable than any money I get paid. The opportunity to gain real world experience in a lower-stakes setting, while still having an impact

When we bring on a new client, and you can see the business growing. Every dollar has a positive impact on this company, and I like that we collectively enjoy in the growth.
