The fact that our team members actively seek each other's company outside of work hours says all you need to know about our company culture
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team actually spends time outside of the office because we enjoy each other's company. It never feels like an obligation to spend time with my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team strives at all times to be transparent. They send out a digest that covers the topics leadership spoke about during the week and what conclusions there were. We regularly have State of the Union meetings where everyone is heard.
