- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I think it comes from my manager and his approach but he keeps everything open and chill while also being supportive. I think it's a wonderful environment when things can feel uneasy sometimes.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Started at a lower salary than average for my field due to lack of experience, but I believe I have gained a lot of experience on the job and become more valuable over time. I am happy to say my direct manager has asked me to begin thinking about expectations for a raise.
