There is a large culture problem at Nextdoor and the Head of People and our CEO contribute to that. They constantly force how they want something done instead of listening to their subject matter experts. The Head of People constantly throws his hands up on bigger issues and does nothing.

The revenue team gets zero support from leadership as it's not a priority, kindness and community are which is why we are two different companies with competing goals under one umbrella.
