Review from Sales Dept

My team is someone who I can depend on

Review from Engineering Dept

Kind, smart, hardworking, with experience and clarity on the job at hand on what's needed to perform.

They are, for the most part, open minded, fair, neighborly and outgoing. Open to new ideas and differing opinions and personalities!

Review from Operations Dept

working on initiatives direct impact company growth, has a lots of potential

Review from Engineering Dept

Dedication to our users and the company

Review from HR Dept

People seem to genuinely care about doing good work. They generally seem to be kind and thoughtful. They're also open-minded.

Review from Engineering Dept

Culture, attitude, and ability

Review from Product Dept

They are not afraid to be themselves and to share how they truly feel about something

Review from Finance Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

My coworkers are very focused on their personal visibility; my colleagues don't often help with my initiatives as they are considered low visibility.

Review from Communications Dept

'Kind conversations' internally at the company at not a reality. There is a lot of going over other's heads and talking behind peoples backs which is in no way constructive and hurts the performance of the company.

Review from Communications Dept

Some coworker relationships are difficult. I would love to see more kindness from certain team members. I also feel my team is a bit cliquey.

Review from HR Dept

communication and respect. The culture here is very US sided, we should be working as a global team with the US communicating out to us and listening to our feedback/ideas

Review from Product Dept

no one really seems to care or is connected to the company/product. energy is super low in group meetings or any time theres an accomplishment. we all are just a cog in the wheel and feedback isn't really listened to. prod will do whatever they want to do and make decisions that dont make any sense

Review from Operations Dept

It starts with leadership. When someone constantly displays they are an outlier in their role but leadership continues to dilute your accomplishments by not recognizing your work & lumping it in with sub-par performance from your fellow team members it makes you question leadership & coworkers

Review from Sales Dept

They are completely overworked and take out on others.

Review from Marketing Dept

While everyone's encouraged to "act like an owner" & enthusiasm's appreciated, many employees seem to have a lot of time to focus on other dept's' responsibilities, and insert their own POV w/o having the context or knowledge of complexities, resources, etc. And not all of employees act neighborly.

Review from Marketing Dept

I no longer know anybody as a person or what they may contribute. it's just reading documents and commenting on in the sidebar from all the usual suspects

Review from Operations Dept

Need more communication especially during WFH

Review from Engineering Dept

We need to hire more people to support the sales organization from an operations perspective. The lack of GTM & Sales Ops has rippling effects across the revenues organization.

Review from Sales Dept

People need to focus on one goal and work to achieve it. We are working on too many things at once and nothing gets completed because of it. Too many people are often involved which causes things to take longer due to all the opinions.

Review from Sales Dept

understanding roles and responsibilities. using agendas for meetings. being more efficient

Review from Customer Success Dept

We can improve in our communication and strive to produce higher quality products.

Review from Engineering Dept

too much to list here

Review from Operations Dept

Voice bad behavior from manager more often

Review from Engineering Dept

Technical experience and expertise . .
