Was a good company but now it is a dreadful place to work. Work from home is the only perk. Average pay but expect very long working hours. No concept of team building. Everyone works in silos. Also frequent layoffs.

Better top management. Current top management is not effective at all.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
First they need to get a proper leadership team rather than having a bunch of headless chickens running around.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better work culture. As of now it is a toxic environment for people to work. Stop the frequent layoff cycles in a year.
