
Based on experience with them, I know when they're talking, they're lying.
I did like their intial transparency and keeping us in the loop. The previous CEO looked after the workers and clients and provided that transparency. The current CEO may say that but his and the leadership teams actions say otherwise, especially with them selling out to Thoma Bravo.
The current C suite has one goal: reduce cost, at any cost.
They actually have an opendoor and reachable. They go above and beyond for the employees.
Care about employees and company
Stop lying to us. You need to gain trust back but I don't think it's possible at this point.
The need to self terminate, and do the company a favor, as they are grossly inadequate running much of a "Good ol' Boy" system at this stinky dump of a company. Grossly inadequate leadership with extremely limited knowledge on the market and the industry.
Communication and lies is all that is seen
Everything. Greedy SOB's who don't care about their employees.
First they need to get a proper leadership team rather than having a bunch of headless chickens running around.
