Was a great place before Rusty Franz was replaced by David Sides. Sides has turned the place into a terrible place to work. Money he can make is his only concern.

I enjoyed my team and the work we did. Early on we felt like we mattered and the work we did contributed to it. I'm not sure why Rusty is still listed as the CEO but when he left and the current CEO David Sides took over, things pretty much have been on the decline. The company has fully sold out.

I overall enjoyed my time working at NextGen and had a great team and department that made my me feel like myself and the work we did mattered. Not sure why Rusty is still shown as CEO here but when David Sides, the current CEO came on, things started to decline and became more about the bottom line

The Executive Leadership Team is only worried about filling their wallets. The recent acquisition by Thoma Bravo followed by a 20% reduction of employees, exemplifies this. Those same job that were USA jobs now have open reqs for the same job in India.

Unstable environment absolutely do not recommend. Company also actively discriminates against primarily older male workers. Run do not walk from this place.

Based on experience with them, I know when they're talking, they're lying.

I did like their intial transparency and keeping us in the loop. The previous CEO looked after the workers and clients and provided that transparency. The current CEO may say that but his and the leadership teams actions say otherwise, especially with them selling out to Thoma Bravo.

The current C suite has one goal: reduce cost, at any cost.

They actually have an opendoor and reachable. They go above and beyond for the employees.

Care about employees and company

Stop lying to us. You need to gain trust back but I don't think it's possible at this point.

The need to self terminate, and do the company a favor, as they are grossly inadequate running much of a "Good ol' Boy" system at this stinky dump of a company. Grossly inadequate leadership with extremely limited knowledge on the market and the industry.

Communication and lies is all that is seen

Everything. Greedy SOB's who don't care about their employees.

The compensation was OK but it would all depend on what level you had started as promotions were minimal.

Salary appears to be above market

Benefits are below average. The 401k has some matching and that is nice

Nothing left to say after we got bought out and laid off

My manager is great! The only reason I'm still there considering the executive leadership team is a joke

We ha each others back and truly cared for one another in the general sense of life events and making sure the proper support was given.

We had a great team (that is now entirely gone lafter a laid off) with experienced and dedicated people that were commited to the success of the company.

Work-life balance was quite good.

No positives at all to speak of.

The people in your sphere of work.

I love the ability to work from home and still have the interaction with my team via Teams Video calls.

The pay is at industry standard

Better work culture. As of now it is a toxic environment for people to work. Stop the frequent layoff cycles in a year.

Interviewer was good and also had sound knowledge

They wanted to know more about me as a person and not just my resume. They wanted to make sure I was a good fit for the company

It felt like I was meeting a new group of friends

They are lied to just like the employees. This Thoma Bravo deal has been bad.

All offshore and has been sold

Very poor upper management, including highly suspected discrimination a part of relocating work & jobs to India!

With the best and most experienced employees are now gone, the company is headed to the salvage yard.

Constant layoffs (read: firings). Tell you all is great. If management is speaking, they are lying to your face.
