This has been tried with management changes as well as the turn over rate and has not made a difference. One step forward, 2 steps back.

Buy getting rid of those who don't care about the company and the customers

That there are better judgement on the employees that make a difference in the NFI industries with customer satisfaction

No drinking and smoking weed on the grounds and everyone should share carts and we all need to work as a team

Poor leadership. Needs strict supervision and treat all employees fairly.

What's wrong is you mandating vaccines when things are being lifted. Devil at work.

Owners of there on trucks dont see the benefit of stdying any longer.
