Mr. Stephen M. Kovzan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of NIC Inc. since August 20, 2007 and March 28, 2016 respectively. Mr. Kovzan joined NIC Inc. in October 1999 and served as its Controller until September 2000 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer since September 2000. He also served as a Vice President of Financial Operations of NIC Inc. Prior to joining NIC Inc., he served as a business assurance manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Kovzan is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. degree in business administration from the University of Tulsa and an M.S. in business from the University of Kansas.
