I have seen such an improvement in my own personal growth while at Nightingale. When commiting to the values and mission, I found myself wanting to be better so I can do better. I am so grateful to the Executive Counsel and the leadership of my function for all they have poured into this company.

I have had a great experience here. Its not perfect, there are times I am stressed about slow seasons, and job security due to kpis, but no job is, and I am glad for places like Nightingale
