What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?we are a small, close-knit team. The challenge for our branch is to find a partner who has the courage to solve the real problems we encounter every day with very angry customers.

What did you like most about the interview process?The process was long, but the meetings was worth it. LEarn a lot and know that they mean well and look for great people to be their team.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?the selection process is often outdated. focused on outdated skills and abilities of the interviewee. I would ask hr to go out and live experiences with salespeople and employees in the branches.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?If workers in Denmark left the offices they would understand what the cleaning market really looks like: it is not what they describe in their presentation
