100% commission, it's feast or famine.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Manager has know idea whats going on. Poor to no communication from direct manager. We are expected to work during every vacation and holiday. No respect for employees. Primary gocus is on hiring snd promoting women. Feminist steering the US ship. Pay overtime to salaried emp working Weekends

Other plants in my industry get better benefits. Only because they have unions that babysit the employers. The employees get better training opportunities, better bonuses, and a higher rate of pay.
