direct leadership is servant-leader model; this is not consistent in other functions or across executive level

annual merit; annual success sharing
lease program for some employees
100% commission, it's feast or famine.
Manager has know idea whats going on. Poor to no communication from direct manager. We are expected to work during every vacation and holiday. No respect for employees. Primary gocus is on hiring snd promoting women. Feminist steering the US ship. Pay overtime to salaried emp working Weekends
Other plants in my industry get better benefits. Only because they have unions that babysit the employers. The employees get better training opportunities, better bonuses, and a higher rate of pay.
Review from Operations Dept
The team tackles objectives inclusively and celebrate teamwork.
Review from Operations Dept
open minded; innovative thinkers; problem solvers
Positive attitude and drive
Communicate respectfully. Young managers have no clue and dont like to be bothered with questions. They manage with emails only.
They need to get a better work ethic. They also need to leave their personal problems at home.

Review from Operations Dept

Attitudes
Eliminate the buddy system of management and hire and promote based on merit. Opinion is Reverse discrimination exists here.
Better people hired or better leadership
The company hires too many temp workers. The company can hire these people at a lower rate of pay than what I get, but expects them to work just as hard. The company needs to hire them on for a 90-day trial period with the expectation that they'd be regular employees at the end, with the same bennys
Review from Operations Dept
Questions value applicable qualities in the candidate without scrutinizing length of experience.
Review from Operations Dept
it was non invasive yet very informative
Have experienced people conduting the interview who have not already made a decision to hire a friend.
Achieving objectives when they are reasonable.
Accomplishing goals and moving the flag farther.
Review from Operations Dept
I get to solve problems and change the way people work
Better design, innovation and products being put into the vehicles. HR cares little about employees' work life balance when personal problems come up to affect work. Get better HR personnel and supervisors who expect work ethic but are willing to accommodate people.
