It seemed fair at the time and the interviewers were nice.

Challenges that allow me to solve and problem and make a decision, this does not happen often though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary is not only lower than competitors for similar roles but advancement is also hindered by management and HR wanting to constantly reduce costs.
