Idea generation for the future. We have great ideas, but not always the right resources and commitment to bring them to life.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the company would allow for salary/compensation numbers to be shared internally. HR does not accept counter-offers internally when providing you with a promotion. It's take it or leave it. And the yearly increase hardly keeps up with inflation, and likely won't this year.
