Mr. William Edgar Turcotte has been Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Noble Corporation plc and Noble Holding International Limited since December 16, 2008. Mr. Turcotte served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of GEO Reentry, Inc. from March 19, 2007 to December 15, 2008. He worked at Transocean Ltd. from 2000 to 2007. He served as Vice President, Associate General Counsel and an Assistant Secretary of Transocean Ltd. from October 2005 to March 2007 and its Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from January 2000 to October 2005. Mr. Turcotte worked for Schlumberger Limited from 1992 to 2000 in various legal roles including as General Counsel of Sedco Forex, Schlumberger's drilling company based in Paris, from 1998 to 2000. Prior to 1992, he was in private practice, where he was a legal associate in law firms in Mexico City and Houston. Mr. Turcotte holds Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the Texas A&M University and Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston Law Center.
