I feel like position is coveted and I am not getting paid enough / promoted as quickly as others.
I make $25,000 less than my value with other entities and also i am paid a bonus of 5% instead of 10% paid by other entities. With the SIP calculation, my 5% is not even given to me, it is less than that.
