Jason Ellis — Senior Vice President of Technology Brands at GAMESTOP CORP.

Mr. Jason Ellis serves as Senior Vice President of Technology Brands at GameStop Corp. and GameStop Deutschland GmbH. Mr. Ellis has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Spring Communications Holding, Inc. (alternate name, Spring Communications, Inc.) since October 2006. Mr. Ellis is a Co-Founder of Simply Mac, Inc. He has overall responsibility for running GameStop's emerging Technology Brands division, which includes its Spring Mobile business, which operates its AT&T and Cricket branded stores and its Simply Mac retail brand that sells the full line of Apple products including laptops, tablets, smartphones and Apple certified warranty and repair services. Prior to GameStop's acquisition of Spring Mobile and Simply Mac in 2013, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Spring Mobile for five years at GameStop Corp. He joined Spring Mobile in April 2001 as a Founding Partner. In September of 2006, he was promoted to Chief Executive Officer of Spring Retail Group, the parent company for Spring Mobile and its sister companies, Gadget Guard and Simply Mac. He has grown Spring's revenue by 100 percent in each fiscal year despite difficult economic and competitive conditions in the cluttered wireless category. Mr. Ellis served as the Director of Business Development of Idea Exchange Incorporated. He serves as the Member of Board of Trustees at Utah Technology Council. He was Manager of Financial Analysis for The Associates First Capital Corporation. He sits on the board of the Salt Lake chapter of Head Start. He was named one of Utah's 40 most impressive young business leaders under the age of 40 by Utah Business magazine. Mr. Ellis holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Utah and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.
