He was Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at GameStop Corp. from October 2005 to June 2010. Prior to that, Mr. Lloyd served as Vice President of Finance of GameStop or its predecessor companies from October 2000 and served as the Controller of GameStop's predecessor companies from December 1996 to October 2000. From 1988 to December 1996, Mr. Lloyd held various financial management positions as Controller or Chief Financial Officer, primarily in the telecommunications industry. Prior to May 1988, Mr. Lloyd held various positions with the public accounting firm of Ernst & Young. He has been a Director of Geeknet, Inc. since July 17, 2015. Mr. Lloyd serves as a Director of Electronics Boutique Australia Pty Ltd. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of North Texas, a non-profit organization. Mr. Lloyd is a Certified Public Accountant.
