Yes, and it is a great one. They encourage all of their employees to give back, not with money, but with their time. They provide every employee with 16-24 hours of volunteer PTO. They can use these hours throughout the year to give back to the community while still being paid. These hours are separate from your standard PTO, so you do not lose traditional vacation time.

Scared about the continuous off shoring of the business.
What part of EMC's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
EMC is a cash cow - which is why Dell acquired it. Storage always increases at a rate slightly better than market... the converged platforms group also does well because they sell a basic box that runs VMware and requires very little skill to setup and manage - another cash cow. However, there is simply nothing strategic about either of these businesses which is why Dell is getting it's clock cleaned by AWS, Oracle, Microsoft Azure and others who can provide all of these services in a outsourced model at a fraction of the cost.
What benefits does EMC provide?
It's pretty typical I guess, there is health and wellness, wealth and insurance as well as work life balances. So for example if your in a corporate building that has a gym, you can go anytime you like, if you're remote then you can get up to $300 for a family to pay for a local to you gym membership. So there is medical, dental, vision, 401k, for your kids there is college coaching and merit scholarships possible, we also get Dell EMC discounts for our personal purchase. And almost forgot, there is some funds available for tuition assistance.
