Q&A With Dell EMC Employees

in your opinion, are women treated differently? If you think so… how?
I do not believe that women are treated differently. Via the global diversity and inclusion programs, women are equally supported and encouraged to further promote support of diversity. Quote from Michael Dell, "A diversity of perspectives, backgrounds and experiences is the catalyst for innovation. That’s how we deliver better results for our customers and our team members. For us, a diverse and inclusive culture is a competitive advantage." And I will personally say that of the women I work with I have great respect for them all, some I can say are the most talented people I have ever worked with at any company. I will also note that some of the women inside of Dell EMC are in the highest positions, effectively running organizations of thousands of people.
