Ms. Kelly Ann Munson has been Executive Vice President of Medicaid at WellCare Health Plans, Inc since October 2016. Ms. Munson graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and Public Health Nutrition. She did graduate work in Public Administration at the University of Akron.
