Mr. Polen has been Senior Vice President of Operations at Missouri Care, Inc. since September 2013. He is responsible for member and provider operations, customer service, acquisition integration, IT and related activities. Mr. Polen joined WellCare in 2005, served as its Vice President of Corporate Initiatives and Strategy. His previous positions at WellCare included roles in health plan operations and finance. Prior to joining WellCare, he was with JP Morgan's treasury services operations. He held positions as senior director of health plan finance, director of health plan operations and director of health business planning and analytics at WellCare. Prior to joining WellCare, he held roles with JP Morgan Chase as assistant vice president of treasury and security services and as assistant treasurer of balance and liquidity management. He holds an MBA from the University of South Florida and a bachelor's degree from the University of Florida.
