Very unprofessional in all areas
The knowledge of management and advice they are able to give.
Pay is good and competitive. Most coworkers are nice. Immediate manager is great. Upper management is horrendous. No communication on changes - the failed TD acquisition was announced the Monday after the Iberia Merger with 0 warning. I.T. teams don't work together and changes are never announced.
