The knowledge of management and advice they are able to give.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership must stop the micromanagement and respect employee boundaries. Provide the hands-on, structured branch training you promise during onboarding instead of endless computer modules. Finally, offer realistic, affordable healthcare options that fit the actual wages of frontline employees.

Very unprofessional, need to know how to present themselves and speak to both customers and associates
Pay attention to turnover - the problem is evident when you can only keep employees 18 months and you have difficulty trying to hire anyone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They mistake bad training for incompetence. I am undervalued due to poor operational structure and unaffordable benefits. To improve compensation, lower the out-of-pocket healthcare premiums to meet IRS affordability standards and provide the hands-on banker training promised during onboarding.

We have a strong bond and work very well together.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
My coworkers are realistic about the company's flaws and do a great job under tight constraints. They just need to stay positive and not let the bad culture bring them down. We can work together better by supporting each other through the daily stress and keeping our communication open.

What did you like most about the interview process?
While the conversation was polite, the structure felt unorganized. Being unexpectedly bombarded by two interviewers when only one was anticipated created an odd, overwhelming introduction to the bank that ultimately reflected the chaotic internal structure experienced during onboarding.
