Leadership must stop the micromanagement and respect employee boundaries. Provide the hands-on, structured branch training you promise during onboarding instead of endless computer modules. Finally, offer realistic, affordable healthcare options that fit the actual wages of frontline employees.

Very unprofessional, need to know how to present themselves and speak to both customers and associates

Pay attention to turnover - the problem is evident when you can only keep employees 18 months and you have difficulty trying to hire anyone.
