It's been a month now and I've never felt bad about the experience with the leaders and members around here, they always keep you informed and up to date related to the tasks and work which helps to keep a track of the work done, it has been a great experience along with the assistance they provide.

No feedback was shared after the brief introduction at orientation, although we were selected on board. Constant valuable feedbacks, and some rumenatory bonuses.

they are supportive, encouraging and cool

They are friendly and easy to talk to, nothing is complicated if we need to interact with each other and that's the important part since most people think a lot on how to interact with people in higher positions around you and we do get interactive sessions once a week to let some fun along the way.

It's not too complicated but it's not very easy but it's great if you are just starting or with less experience to get selected since it isn't difficult if you understand the basics of the process.
