the leadership team is very supportive and allows us to speak and takes our decisions
It's been a month now and I've never felt bad about the experience with the leaders and members around here, they always keep you informed and up to date related to the tasks and work which helps to keep a track of the work done, it has been a great experience along with the assistance they provide.
The leads in the company are very good mentors and very patient
All good over here for everyone

no i do not feel undervalued im doing internship
No feedback was shared after the brief introduction at orientation, although we were selected on board. Constant valuable feedbacks, and some rumenatory bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
they are supportive, encouraging and cool
They are friendly and easy to talk to, nothing is complicated if we need to interact with each other and that's the important part since most people think a lot on how to interact with people in higher positions around you and we do get interactive sessions once a week to let some fun along the way.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being in a remote mode of work, its a lot less to be able to experience the work culture but it's great according to my experience and I've been working with ease and haven't felt like it's got complicated for me to handle.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's not too complicated but it's not very easy but it's great if you are just starting or with less experience to get selected since it isn't difficult if you understand the basics of the process.

Being happy at work can only be experienced when you feel like you can take it easy even if you have to hurry with your work, and that's the whole aspect of work and I'm happy with the work flow and guidance I got working here.

It's been comfortable and flexible for me being an intern in remote mode of work, able to work at my own pace and not feeling burdened any time.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
The interaction sessions and the work life balance is great but would be great if they could imply a rewarding system which makes it feel worth it while working.
