One of Noom's principles is to "act like an owner". If you have ideas, they'll be heard. If you have a solution, even better, experimentation is at the core of everything we do, we'll test it. It's nice to have this level of autonomy and trust.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improve quality metrics, quit testing all the time and make a damn change, take action, stick with a product and take a stance, stop trying to be everything, pick a nutrition, exercise and wellness philosophy and make a brand. Noom is anti diet but they are still diet. Everyone sees through that.
Customers are unhappy with Noom's marketing strategies and I have to agree with them. They trick people into yet another diet by claiming they're different
