What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team cares about my mental health and well being. They do what they can to accommodate for me and my colleagues however they can.
Everybody pitches in to get the job done, even if that means working 50-60 hrs/week.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, looking at data, strategy
Leading, telling the truth and listening.
Treating employees better, holding engineering accountable, hire a better sales team

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a lifelong learner, I'm excited about the opportunity they provide for tuition reimbursement.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
collaboration, engagement, feedback is non existent
The arrogance of there is mo better way to do the job because a new way might confirm they have been doing it wrong all along. Employees natutal abilities are not harnessed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're down-to-earth people. I feel like I am given opportunities to both learn from, and excel with my team.
We work together where es leadership doesn't work with us.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment is cool, calm and patient. They also provide accessibility to snacks and lunch options on site.
We like to cut up and have a good time while we work.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Putting the right people in charge and correcting problems when they are addressed and not just putting on a show for the crowd.
Clear out leadership and get some people in there that know what they are doing.
Employees are trared as children . There are to many people involved in overall structure of daily, unnecessary rules and not enough encouragement jobs well done

Simple and effective. Comfortable setting and kind people.

Be upfront with candidates, no lis no deception
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Poor leadership decision making, need new leaders.
Sales team go out and get more work. Stop letting engineering take over every aspect making our turn around times lower
