What do you like best about the leadership team?
Self determination and accountibility is stressed. Always willing to listen.
My leadership team cares about my mental health and well being. They do what they can to accommodate for me and my colleagues however they can.
Everybody pitches in to get the job done, even if that means working 50-60 hrs/week.
