Putting the right people in charge and correcting problems when they are addressed and not just putting on a show for the crowd.
Clear out leadership and get some people in there that know what they are doing.
Employees are trared as children . There are to many people involved in overall structure of daily, unnecessary rules and not enough encouragement jobs well done
Be upfront with candidates, no lis no deception
Poor leadership decision making, need new leaders.
Sales team go out and get more work. Stop letting engineering take over every aspect making our turn around times lower
