Bonus should remian in place
Senior roles with longevity at the company are not compensated with current market rates. New associate and junior roles are hired at or above what senior employees make.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop avoiding problems. Discussions are usually not productive in resolving issues and we are more concerned with appearances than effectiveness.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good team interactions, knowledgible coworkers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Recognition that old practices are not effective in the current environment. We need to change and have better internal quality checks.
