Well they oversold the first couple raises but everything else is great

Coworkers help one another and work as team

How well everyone gets a long that works on my shift
most of us know what we are doing and can work together

That they were very nice and able to be good to their employees
I was asked intelligent questions that were pertinent to the job I was applying for
it was easy, filled out a application then had to pass a drug test and at the time a physical
What makes you most happy at work?
When it's finished and going out the door knowing that the customer will be happy because we quality checked it
That I get to work on machinery
I don't get micromanaged like I did at my last job
