Listen to employees, the IT area is a the worst turnover area that I have experienced in a company. Provide work life balance, pay people for using their own phones and computers to do what the company requires of the job. Try to control the turnover ratios which are affecting the remaining workers.
Pay is sub-par based on the industry standards. Vacations are interrupted with emergency calls from work because there are not enough workers to take care of maintaining the IT infrastructure much less emergency calls. This company has a big retention problem due to management incompetencies.
The Hospital is very profitable and should equitably share the wealth.
higher pay as I work hard and my job requires a lot of skill and knowledge, better benefits such as more vacation time or a pension

The place needs more people to do the work, they can't find workers because no one wants to work at this place, their reputation is pretty bad, specifically the managers at the company.
Tell the truth about the environment. I saw a lot of red flags during the interview process, I should have listened to my gut.
Staff shortages, remove the current IT management and bring people and place strategies for retention.
More coaching, mentoring and career growth for employees.
