Listen to employees, the IT area is a the worst turnover area that I have experienced in a company. Provide work life balance, pay people for using their own phones and computers to do what the company requires of the job. Try to control the turnover ratios which are affecting the remaining workers.

Pay is sub-par based on the industry standards. Vacations are interrupted with emergency calls from work because there are not enough workers to take care of maintaining the IT infrastructure much less emergency calls. This company has a big retention problem due to management incompetencies.
The Hospital is very profitable and should equitably share the wealth.
