Health benefit package vision is good
Health insurance and Service days
hourly pay and benefits were decent... Health insurance had a high deductible.
Review from Operations Dept
Paid fairly, PTO accrual is fair

It also applies to my domestic partner
Provide an all staff annual incentive
Money confidential but easily discovered to my detriment
The bonuses yearly and benefits

It was the 401(k) matching plan
Benefits are fair in compensation

Health insurance is affordable and good
Review from Operations Dept
Insurance covered by employer and lots of free food
Good package with great benefits and income
Increase in benefits for using in house hospitals/doctors.
Review from Operations Dept
Competitive pay and advancement opportunity.
More pto. Cheaper & better heslth care coverage. Increased pay
Incentive pay is not offered across the board.
Competing non-profits offer higher matches to 401(K) contributions
Reasonable patient loads and work hours. This is a job that will convince you to live to work, chasing their own greedy goals with little support
No and they need more timely reviews on job descriptions
Being paid what im actually worth. They give 4P+ pay if you pick up shifts.. what if they just took that money and paid us a better living wage and fully staffed the units instead...
Nurses get paid far less money than men in the trades or factories. Minimal time off accrued and no sick pay for getting COVID while working 60 hours a week at Northwestern.
I make far below average within my own company.
Upon hire, education was valued more than my extensive experience, so they 'couldn't' pay me what i felt was fair. Still dodnt oay me once i got bachelors. Whats more imortant, someone with a lot of schoolong? Or someone who has worked in the field with years and years of hands on experience?
Need much better staffing, clinic resources, hours, and pay.
I had to train people who made more money than me without any compensation.
Benefits were retracted during covid. Bonus pay that they offer for open shifts has to be fought for. They will find any excuse not to pay you bonus pay that they originally offered to the staff.
Review from Operations Dept
Fairness with everyone sacrificing together, not just the few older staff, who make more. Administration should take bigger cuts than the bedside staff. The Vice Presidents are taking a 5% pay cut. Really?
I would like more direction and more ability to learn and apply skills. This place is very "Cliquey".
Review from Operations Dept
It would be nice to have opportunities for advancement and honest managers.
Review from IT Dept
There should be more possibilities for advancement.
Review from IT Dept
other neighboring hospitals pay more
Not sure. To just been seen a bit more I guess
Northwestern Medicine is very too heavy with the clinical Chairs receiving multiples of salary beyond the rank and file clinicians. It is a recipe for lack of trust in their “leadership”
Review from Operations Dept
Better choices for insurance and providers
