Love my co-workers, manager is great. they said they would pay me more if i had a bachelors degree, they made me get one and didnt cover all the cost, and then they didnt give me a raise. I have the most experience in our specialty of any other co-workers....but it doesnt matter.

Coordinator knows everything, and of she doesn't know it, she knows where to find the answer
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Upon hire, education was valued more than my extensive experience, so they 'couldn't' pay me what i felt was fair. Still dodnt oay me once i got bachelors. Whats more imortant, someone with a lot of schoolong? Or someone who has worked in the field with years and years of hands on experience?
