Turnover rate is high. All the managers care about is mesting their "goals" what about the goal of keeping employees?! They shoe no appreciation for the hard work and deficstiom their employees put forth everyday. The pay is not up to standards and they only give raises to make themselves look good.

Being paid what im actually worth. They give 4P+ pay if you pick up shifts.. what if they just took that money and paid us a better living wage and fully staffed the units instead...
