My coworkers lack the ability to listen to people within your ready and more knowledge than themselves. Their education level makes them thank that they know more than they actually do.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The manager I interviewed with, she was very kind. The person she replaced her with was completely on informed of the position. I had to teach the current manager several things.
